I lost .8 this week. Getting really close 25lbs down. I'm going to work really hard to drop that 1.2 this week.

I am however, determined and back on track.. counting my points and drinking all my water. I've also walked seven miles these past two days.. so.. I'm working on it. My baby goal is 2 pounds loss per week..
Well, I weighed myself Monday and I was at 254.2 a gain of .2 pounds which isn't suprising considering I got my period yesterday. Today I weighed myself just to see what it said and it said I was 253.2. So.....I guess that's good? Anyways, congrats on those who lost and good work on those who didn't quite accomplish it.
