WW Food and Point Issues ...other than recipes

Default DWLZ restaurant points
On Dotti's site in the restaurant section, I noticed that in some restaurants such as Subway the points after the macro's are broken down will say 12 (12.5) what does this mean if it list two point values?

It states but the red is one program and the black is another.

Red I believe is Winning Points and Flex Points and Turn Around and the Black is 1-2-3 Success.

1-2-3 Success DID NOT have a 4 gm usage fiber cap. Many people still follow this plan thus she has both listed.
