Does ANYONE know the points for sardines packed in water ???

    Not oil!it (fc)only has only packed in oil.Any help would be great.

    Don't you have the nutritional info from the box? or paper wrapper? They are about 1 or 2 points less than packed in oil. GUESS. What did they weigh? calculate them the same as canned salmon.
