Sorry everyone but it was one of those - friend of a friend of a friend forwarded e-mails so she doesn't have the nutritional info.
Guess a trip to M & M's is in order so we can read the labels to double check.

You can find a TON of food points as well as restaraunt foods with the nutritional values at dotties weight loss zone! DWLZ (dwlz.com) has been a great help for me while I have been on WW.
