Default Good 0 Point Bread

I was deciding whether or not to have a sandwich based on the fact that I did not have WW bread in the house. I checked out the family's bread, Nature's Own Wheat with Double Fiber and was so excited! 40 cal, 5 fiber, and 1 fat per slice! The great part is, it is a nice, plump piece of bread and very good. Thought I would pass it along.

It is good bread! But if you eat two slices the points is 1.

I would never (and this is a personal choice) count bread as 0 piont food even for 1 slice. I'd count it as 1/2 because the only true 0 point foods are nonstarchy veggies. But if you are occasionally doing that then W/W says it is fine.

I'm not WW but I recently discovered this bread and love it! Gets my fiber in. My only problem is I picked up something called "cherry butter" at a road side stand. It is like a jam. It only has 4 ingredients in it so I catalog it like a jam. I love this jam so much, I eat more bread. OOPS.
