6 Servings is 160 cal, 5 fat, 1 fiber, or that is per serving?

If it is per muffin, than you would add 160+6 (egg whites divided by 6)+5 (milk divided by 6) =171
0 fiber (that 1 gm divided by 6 would give it a trace amount, so I would count it as zero)
1 gm fat (fat in mix + fat in milk/6)
That would equal 4pts per muffin

If it's 160 cal for 6 servings, it would be 27 (160/6) +6 (egg whites) +5 (milk)=38 cal
0 fiber
1 gm fat
That would equal 1pt per muffin

Does this sound right?

Ok, so since you said you get 6 servings out of it, it would be 170/6=28
Egg whites-34/6=5.666 (count it as 6)
Milk-31/6=5.166 (round down to 5)
Total-39

Fat would be 6 for the mix + 1 for the milk/6=1.166 (round it down to 1)

Fiber=0

So according to the pts calculator, it would be 1 pt per muffin.

If you did 5 servings as in the nutrition facts, it would be 47 calories, 1 gm fat, 0 fiber per muffin which still equals 1pt per muffin.

Hope that helps!
