I don't know how many points it is but it sounds like the same recipe that i used to use but now my nana uses (and I can't refuse it lol it's my fav.!) So I just get me a small portion of it and use all my extra flex points to just make sure that I have it covered. You should be ok if you do that. Oh man I love that stuff! Now I'm craving it lol! Hope that helped!

I have never heard of it so your best bet is to break it down. We know that 1 cup of pasta is ~4 points, cheese is 3 points per ounce, chicken if breast and without skin is 1 poitn per ounce, the cream of mush soup is like 1 or 2 points per serving with 2.5 serviings per can (usually)

I found this recipe by doing a Google search

I think the entire recipe would have about 57 points, unless you'd use
light velveeta (My estimates are based on memory, so I could be wrong)

4 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 small jar pimientos
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed or shredded
12 ounce package linguine noodles
salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Boil linguine until done. Mix together soup, broth, tomatoes, pimientos. Layer in a baking dish: linguine, chopped chicken, soup mixture. Cover with the cheese and bake at 350° until cheese is melted. Stir mixture before serving and add salt and pepper to taste.
