Default Points Questions

I have a few questions about points. First of all, is a 4 oz can of tomato juice 0 points? That is how I figured it. Second, I bought a gallon of that sweet tea at Wal-Mart the other day and was going to try to figure the points for it. Well, it shows on the nutrition info that it has 0 calories but it is sweetened w/ real sugar so how can that be. It has to have calories if it has sugar, right? Finally, do we have to count a point for fish oil capsules if we take them? Thanks.

Default

I can answer the question about the tea I called McDonalds nutrition headquarters last week and they told me that they don't have the nutrition info for the sweet tea, so that's why it doesn't state it. It would be impossible to figure it out since we don't know how much sugar they add. The label with 0 calories would be for the regular unsweetened tea.
