For my WW I am supposed to have 12 pts of protein a day. What foods would be considered protein ? And what can I eat that is complex carbs ? I need ideas for adding more of those into my daily total of points. I keep coming up short.
I'm not entirely sure what ww considers proteins etc.. But in general protein is lean meats, peanut/nut butters, eggs and some soy meat substitutes. Complex carbs are your non processed carbs like fruits, whole wheat, some legumes (which can double as a protein source). Hope this helps.
