My office has a coffee/hot chocolate machine that brews each cup individually. I can get hot chocolate (6 to 8 oz, I'm estimating) or mocha coffee, which I'm guessing is 1/2 hot chocolate and 1/2 coffee.
Does anyone know of the points for hot chocolate (with sugar)? With this info, I can run the numbers for mocha coffee. Hot chocolate is not in the week one book and I'm not at home with my Food Companion books.
Thanks.

In the food companion (p 19) it lists hot cocoa as 2 pts for 6 oz. I also checked the section where they list brand names and the regular hot cocoa was 3 pts per package...hope this helps!
Hot cocoa is listed in the week one book on page 62 -- under Cocoa, hot, instant: regular, 6 oz. is 2 points. fat free, 6 oz. is 1 point, as is 6 oz, fat free, sugar free.

Thanks! I was surprised I couldn't find it in week 1 book, but I didn't think of looking under cocoa. I like to write when I bite, so I have no end of day surprises!
