Points Help
Help, I left my points calculator at home, I need the points for this chicken wrap:
Calories 260 Fat 7 grams Fiber 1.5 Thanks!!!! :) |
You can do this:
for every 50 calories add 1 point (25 cal would be 1/2 a point, 12 would be 1/4 point, 37 would be 3/4 point) for every 12 gms of fat add 1 point (6 would be 1/2 a point, 3 would be 1/4 a point, 9 would be 3/4 a point) then subtract .2 for 1 gm of fat; .4 for 2 gms of fat; .6 for 3 gms of fat; .8 for 4 or more gms of fat. |
