Question Do I have to use my activity points?

I'm making sure I meet my main points but with activity I earn up to 10 extra points per day sometimes. Do I have to use them?

TIA!
Jen

I guess I should have looked at the stickies, my answer is up there with Calculating my Exercise points. Forgive me, I am a newbie!

Never a reason to be forgiven when you ask a question.

I just put the stickies up there yesterday as we get a lot of the same questions and I thought it would be easier to have a quick reference guide.

No need to apologize it takes a while to get used to navigating the fourm.

Good luck with your weight loss journey
