Question surviving a new points range without starving to death!!

Morning girls. I have just dropped down to 20-24 points (yay me!), but I am STARVING!!! How in the world do I get used to this new level without becoming a total crank to my students? I get up at 5:15, at work until 3:30, tutor for two hours and go to the gym. I am in bed between 9:30 and 10. Any ideas on super filling, low points snacks to eat during the day? Low point brown bag lunches? I live overseas, so I don't have access to all of the low fat or WW stuff.
Thanks

Here is a suggestion my leader gave to me back when I started. Until you stop losing don't drop down to the next level.

I am supposed to be at 20 TPs a day now (plus my 3-5 APs a day plus my 35 FPs a week) but I still eat at 24 TPs (and all the other) and am still losing.
