I have such a hard time figuring out what kind of steak is what.I have some steak I want to make for dinner tonight,and on the package all it says is Top Blade for beef country ribs.how would I go aboutfiguring out points for this?Anyone know the points?TIA

you may have to use blade steak or steak, blade or rib steak (not ribeye)
