Question Sodium intake

Hi everyone!

I'm new to weight watchers (2nd weigh-in will be Wednesday) and my leader has never spoken about salt or salt intake. I imagine the more salt you consume the more water you're going to retain but does anyone have any guidelines for salt intake - how much should we limit ourselves to? and does it affect points at all?

I'd appreciate any thoughts

KT

Jump to the library and read this thread:

Thanks for the tip Kelly!!

I didn't even know the library was there - I'll check there first next time. I have a feeling that I'll really have to start watching my salt and sodium intake if I want to keep taking the pounds off. It can't be any harder than giving up chocolate.

Thanks again!!
