Can someone tell me the points for a basic bakery cinnamon roll? Thought it would be listed in my WW book, but do not see it under cinnamon or pastry or roll .

It really depends on how big it is...I mean look at Cinnabon where they are like 17 points each or the size of a Pillsbury one where the are 2-3 points.

Hmm, it was pretty big but not like Cinnabon (and not slathered in icing heh). I think I am going to have to guess at this one and hope my activities points and saved points cover my bad bad breakfast.

Have you tried maybe utilizing www.calorieking.com and see if you can guestimate the weight or size there?
