I'm having a very difficult time locating low-fat cheese. There is, of course, always mozzarella. However, besides the lite Swiss that I've only found at a few locations; well, I'm coming up empty-handed on low-fat cheese. Any suggestions?
P.S. I like the Laughing Cow lite and I've tried the Soy cheese slices.
I get FF herbed Feta and it is AWESOME. It is in section of my grocery where the top shelf cheeses are kept. It costs about $5 for a block but is totally worth it.
I also use FF Cream Cheese and LF Cottage Cheese often.

Parmesean can be gotten LF as well.
Can ya tell I love cheese?
Oh my, that Feta sounds de-lish! I'll have to see if I can find it.
At Sam's Club (and probably Costco) you can get Cabot brand 50% light cheddar cheese. It is very good.
Solus - are you in a big city? I live in a small town and our grocery store has very little selection of fat free cheeses. I think Kraft shredded cheddar and mozzarellla is about it. They do carry some low fat Sargento. They have a bit more reduced fat choices but I haven't found any parmasean. Is that the real stuff or that powdered type from Kraft? I usually go for the real stuff. Your fat free herbed Feta sounds wonderful! Is there a name brand on it (address/web site better yet)? Maybe I could find a store that sells it near by.

I guess I should have clarified in my original post, that I really need help finding low-fat and fat-free cheese that can be shredded and used in recipes.
