Calculation help needed

  • Could someone please check my calculations and make sure i am right about this being 18 pts?

    2cups fruit-2 pts
    1 cup WW puffed vanilla wheat cereal- 1 pt
    1 4oz FF lite and fit yogurt - 1 pt
    1 plain coffee with splenda- 0 pts
    30 LIGHT fat free Ruffles- 2pts
    4 La Tortilla Factory no carb no fat 50 calorie 8g figer Tortilla's - 2pts
    1 cup fruit- 1 pt
    1 cup WW puffed vanilla wheat cereal- 1 pt
    1 FF lite and fit 4 oz yogurt- 1 pt
    1 cup fruit-1 pt
    1 cup white rice- 4 pts
    1 cup boca crumbled meat ( 1 pt for 1/2 cup) - 2pts
    1 cup veggies- 0 pts

    am i correct on my calculations?

  • NOt sure on teh cereals but other than that you total points looks good but....I only see 1 dairy (4 oz yogurt is only 1/2 a dairy x 2 times during the day) and where are you healthy fats and you only got a small amount of protein.

    Also wouldnt a cup of boca crumbled meat count for some protein? its a meat subsititute..so i supposed it would.
