Does anyone have the magic formula for computing points? I am forever forgetting my books, and don't know how to review the fat/calories/fiber to determine the points. thanks
There is no magic formula. Just use your points finder slide rule. Ask for or buy an extra at your meetings. I alway keep an extra in my purse so I have one at the grocery store and one at home. I also keep my new Dining Out Guide in the car to use before I go into a restaurant. You really can't do ww without the materials available to you!
