Default Beef

Hi,
I am new here to WW and was wondering how many points beef is per serving (3oz). Like ground beef, roast beef, london broil, steaks, etc. The food companion said 6 pts but it doesn't go into specifics. Anyway, also if you get deli meat at the food store that is packaged, how many slices is 2 oz?
Thanks
Danielle

3 oz of meat is about the size of a deck of cards and the points will vary based on fat content. Utilize calorieking.com or nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/for nutritonal information on your meats.

As for how many slices is in 2 oz of deli meat it depends on how thick those slices are.

Best tip I can give you is to go out and buy a scale. You can get one for as cheap as $4-5 at Wal-Mart but a decent priced digital would be better for about $30 at Linens'n'Things or Bed,Bath&Beyond.
