Does anyone know where to find light English muffins. I have had recipes using these and am at a loss. None of my local markets have them. Also has anyone tried the crumpets at Trader Joe's? I love them. They are one point each and are like across between an English muffin and a pancake. Great for a quick breakfast with spreadable fruit.
I am on the east coast and some of the stores ( Big Y Shop Rite ) have a store brand light english muffin and Shaws carries Country Kitchen brand light english muffins. Hope this helps.. ---kangaa
I think one of our local stores carries Country Kitchen brands bread. I'll give that a try.
