  • Boneless skinless chicken breast; Louis Rich or Tyson seasoned beef and chicken strips; 2% Kraft cheeses; lean pork chops; Blue Bunny No Sugar Added Fat-Free bars (orange/cream + raspberry/cream or fudge + fudge/cream or sherbert); WOW Tostitos; salsa, salsa and more salsa.

  • Orville Redenbacher's 94% FatFree Popcorn, lots of frozen and fresh vegs, fresh shrimp, Chef's Choice Shrimp stirfry (3 pts. for the whole bag- great emergency dinner), Snackwell cookies (esp. the vanilla cream sandwich cookies), light bread, fat free mayo, mustard, Tastations hard candies (esp. the caramel kind), WOW chips, Granny Smith apples, fat free milk, Rice Krispy cereal, Equal packets... oh I could go on and on but I hope this helps!

    V8 plus calcium
    Health Valley vegetarian chili with lentils

    Vegetarian sausages, ground "meat," etc...
  • Splenda (rather than Equal in my book).

    I more thing on the salsa it goes great as a dressing on salad, topping on a baked potato and all for zero points!

  • Hmmm. I haven't been home for any amount of time recently.

    brocolli, ground turkey breast, buttermilk,
    luna bars, 1% milk, frozen oriental veg. mix (new to me,used to hate frozen veg.), frozen shrimp or fresh if avail., braising greens
    good full fat cheese to top turkey casseroles, satsumas (seasonal fruit)

    if i'm peckish, sushi

    don't usually eat junkish food except for baked chips, 97% fat free turkey pepperoni on occasion

    don't have blue bunny here (thank goodness)


  • 93-96% lean ground beef or ground round; various fresh and frozen veggies to make veggie soups or other soups; Uncle Ben's Converted Rice (3 points per cup cooked without butter or margarine); baking potatoes; salsa, salsa and more salsa (ok ok I know enough with the salsa)

  • broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, spinach, mushrooms, sweet taters, beets, lemons, onions, low-fat tofu, diet squirt, pelligrino, skim milk, kashi good friends cereal, health valley black bean chili, fresh fish, shrimp, fat-free catalina dressing, canned tomatoes, garbonzo beans, and the one vice i don't think about changing (yet)... half and half for my coffee!

    I don't shop other than for veggies as needed and chicken as needed. Oh, and salsa! What would the world be without the salsa????????????

  • You're got some good suggestions. I would suggest you sit down and make a menu plan for several days and make up your shopping list from your plan. I hate it when I want to make something and have to run to the store. Or on the other hand I buy something for my "plan" and then weeks later wonder what I was going to use the can of X for.LOL
    Don't for get Pam regualar spray and the butter spray is good on pop corn. I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Spray is great on vegetables. And I vote for the Splenda loose in the pkg (not packets) instead of Equal. You can bake with Splenda and no aftertaste. Sugar free jello also. Don't buy a cheaper whipped topping. Fat Free Cool Whip brand is the very best.
