I live in Canada and to find fat free let alone LOW FAT low calorie waffles and frozen pancakes or even -pancake mix is darn near impossible. In fact I looked for low calorie waffles in EVERY store and had NO luck.I even went to the US after dinner and tried to find the pancakes you all were talking about and had no luck with that either. I did find eggo special k waffles? Has anyone tried them? They are 120 cals for 2 waffles and 0 grams of fat. I bought 2 boxes in case they are good.Any insight would be great!

I really like Special K Eggos... in fact, I just bought some tonight! A trick I like to use is I buy one bottle of sugar free maple syrup, and one bottle of the Lite stuff, and then mix equal amounts of each. So you get the flavor of the semi-regular stuff, but with extra reduced calories. Hope you like them!

I'm in Vancouver, haven't seen the Special K waffles yet, they sound pretty good and only 2 points! Where do you buy them?

I do like the Eggo high-fibre waffles (2 for 3 points) and the Safeway brand Healthy Preference buttermilk ones (als 2 for 3 points). I like to take a waffle, and top it with a quarter cup of 1% cottage cheese and a little strawberry jam for filling and yummy 3 point snack.

Eggo Special K waffles are good & so easy to just drop in the toaster. I like to heat up a little Smuckers Cherry Preserves to put on them. The warm liquid from the preserves & the cherries make a nice topping without using any butter on them.

Megan I am in surrey and I go to blaine to get them. I tried the safeway ones but they always came out to 4 points for me? Im not very good at the points anyhow. You would be surprised at what we don't have. It's just insane!! I went to the states for 3 days and did an entire grocery trip at Cost cutter and got SOOOO many low point/calorie things. Like fat free ruffles that actually taste normal not baked 15 for 75 cals, 1 point(fibre)! I can't believe its not butter spray(0 points) and alot of other things. My DH says canada really doesn't carry these things because it just costs too much for the distributors. It's really too bad!We don't even have sugar free pudding! I always go down there sometimes in the afternoon just to shop. They never charge me duty or anything as long as its not too much. Wow Im just rambling today! Hope that helped!

I like them so much that I actually eat them plain, no topping! Just lightly toasted so not to dry them out. Yum!

I have also had Eggo Low-Fat Blueberry waffles and loved those also. They are had to find though.
