I had this once in a restaurant and it was WONDERFUL. The walnut flavoring really added a lot to it. I see F-f raspberry viniagrette dressings all over the place, but it is just not the same thing. Has anyone tried this, or knows where to to buy it? Thanks!

What restaurant? If it is a popular chain I have a few sites for copy cat recipes.

I'm pretty sure Kens Steakhouse brand dressings makes one. Yes, I agree it's wonderful. My friend makes a tossed salad topped with fresh blueberries, toasted walnuts, and blue cheese crumbles and serves that dressing. If you can't find it, why not add your own walnut extract to the one you can find?

If you like sweet dressings, try Brianna's Blush Wine Vinagrette. It has a strawberry on the label and is delicious! It doesn't have walnuts in it, but it tastes very sweet and adds great flavor to salads. I believe that it is 100 calories for 2 Tblsp. I use 1 for 1 point.

Thanks guys!

The restaurant wasn't a chain, Kelly. I think that I might call them and ask if they make their own, or if they buy it. Thanks for all your suggestions! I'll look around for those other brands!

Ken's Steakhouse also makes a fat free Raspberry Pecan dressing that is very good. I use it with toasted pecans and some feta cheese.

Forgot to mention, the LF/FF Rasberry Vinagrette also makes a great marinade for chicken. Turns out kind of sweet like Teriyaki. I've done it in the microwave, but plan to try it on my indoor grill also.
