sweet potatoes are so good for you and only 3 points. I usually eat them baked or baked fries. I had an extra baked one left over from yesterday, so I got it out of the fridge, mashed it really well with a little Splenda and cinnamon and topped it w/a little FF cool whip. It was just like sweet potato pie!(w/out crust) It was low points and pretty good for you! I am adding this to my low points dessert list for sure. I don't know why I've never done this before!
