Default Using Google to get point values

Here's a little something interesting that I just discovered. Google has a built in calculator, and it can be used to get the point values for foods if you already have the calories, fat, and fiber.

The WW equation for points is:
(Calories / 50) - (Fiber * 0.2) + (Fat * 0.083) = Points

Ok, so this step is only SLIGHTLY faster than doing the math yourself, lol, but who knows, it could come in handy...

Let's say your food item has 200 calories, 4 grams fiber, and 3 grams fat.

In the Google search engine (or even in the google toolbar, if you have that installed) enter this into the search field:

(200/50) - (4*0.2) + (3*0.08)=

It will give the result of 3.44 points, which we would round off to 3 whole points (or 3.5 if you go by the half point)

Only slightly useful, but there you go

thats incredible. it is so hard to get pts when there really isn't a pt value. what i normally do is add a couple of pts.

once again thank you.
