Default # Of Daily Points Question

I am a lifetime member of WW but I have not been to a class in a long time.
My question is for my fiance. How many daily points would a man weighing 240# get? In advance thanks for the info. Sherry

It is the same if you male or female because it is based on weight:

below 150 = 20
150-174 = 22
175-199 = 24
200-224 = 26
225-249 = 28

Then everyone has 35 FP to use or not use as they choose thoughout the week.

That's strange because I'm in the UK and started at 196lbs (now 192) and all our WW info tells me that I should have 22 pts. How can the pts be different in our 2 countries? Also, over here a man of the same weight as a woman is allowed more points.

But your points are figured differently than in the US so that could be the reason.
