Question

I hate eating lunch out! I had a grilled portablla and mozzarella cheese wrap from a deli and I have no idea how to calculate the points. Help!

Kind of depends on how much cheese, how big a wrapper, etc. I buy lavash wrappers at Trader Joe's, they are 4 points apiece. The big tortilla wrapper in the grocery store come to six points. Cheese is 2 points per ounce - so you need to guesstimate how many ounces of cheese - probably on a store sandwich, I'd say anthing from 2 to 3 ounces. Of course, the mushroom doesn't have points, but they may have soaked it in marinade or brushed it with oil before grilling - 1 point per teaspoon. So, you're probably looking at somewhere around 9 - 12 points depending on size. Don't forget if they added mayo, etc.
