Wonder lite bread products
White, white, sour dough and italian bread are all 1 point for 2 slices
Hamburger and hot dog buns are all 1 point each.
These are great products- they taste like fluffy regular bread.

Orowheat's whole wheat english muffins are 2 points each. These are really filling for me.

Can you tell I like bread??

Default Bread and other snacks

Good luck on changing the way you look at food. You can do this!

I'm lifetime (one year) and did it by slowly changing my horrible habits, took 8 months to lose 30 lbs. but it was the only way I could stick with it, otherwise I would have gone nuts and binged my way back to all the weight I lost.

I'm also a "bready," my new favorite is Pepperidge Farm 9-grain whole grain bread. 1 pt a slice, but you can eat it without anything on it, it's so good and very filling. Also try Kashi waffles (1 pt) and Van's mini-waffles.

I also like the whole wheat Melba Rounds (but can be tough to find).

WW 2 pt. breakfast bars toffee/banana are good but sweet and can be addictive. I cut each bar into 8 pieces. Then take 4 of them and put them in a little ziplock bag. I do that with all my snacks (put them in one-point bags). It's helped immensely with my portion control, because for me, a bag is a serving -- whether it's a half ounce one-point bag or a 10 ounce bag of chips.

Smile 0 point BlueBerry Muffins

These are the best muffins ever! They're so moist and yummy warmed up. Believe it or not, they are 0 points for 1 and 1 point for 2. If anyone wants the recipe, let me know.. I don't have it with me.

Here's the recipe:

1 box Betty Crocker Low fat, sweet rewards blueberry muffin mix (if you can't find betty crocker sweet rewards, find the lowest fat mix possible!)
1/4 cup egg beaters or any egg substitute.
1 1/4 cups skim milk
3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line muffin pan with baking cups and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Mix muffin mix, egg substitute, milk and applesauce. Drain and rinse the provided can of blueberries and gently fold into mixture. Divide mixture evenly into baking cups and bake for 15-22 minutes.

P.S. These are the tastiest muffins I've ever had! They are really moist and filling!

Servings:12
WW Points:0 points for 1, 1 point for 2
