low point supper

  • Last night I shredded some cabbage, added little soy sauce & water and sauteed covered in fry-pan, stir occasionally.
    This was very good. Also had corned beef (little packages).
    So cabbage was 0 Pts & corned beef was 1.5 also had a piece of pump bread at 1 Pt with some becel at .5 Pt and glass of red-wine 2 pts. Total = 5 Pts and very filling.

    Liked it so much having same thing for lunch today (except for the wine :-)
