The great thing about pasta salads is they can be made with whatever's around, too.
I make a version of a chopped salad a lot. I just toss ditalini with any or all of the following: grape tomatoes, cucumber, shredded lettuce, zucchini, feta cheese, black olives, green olives, parmesan cheese. If I have points to spare, I'll throw in some cooked chicken, a slice of crumbled bacon or sunflower seeds for crunch. Depending on how juice the tomatoes are, you might not even need dressing, but when I do use it I like the FF Caesar Italian that Kraft makes.
