Default bakery bread points

Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone knows how to count points for bread you buy made fresh at a bakery.

This is a whole wheat nutty kind of thing they call 7-grain.

It's thick and heavy.

This is one thing that really frustrates me about points. If you want to buy something fresh, you're in a jam.

Thanks for any help.

Default

Usually breads are about 2 points per ounce. lt isn't hard just hard to adjust at first to figuring out points. So an average 1/2" slice is around 2 points.
