I, too, have been frustrated with the math of WW. I started just looking EVERYTHING up online for its nutritional value, and plugging it into the etools that way. There is so much discrepancy with etools.

What I learned last week the hard way:

1 thin bagel = 1 point
2 thin bagels = 4 points

Etools does the .5 of points, so I kind of go with it. I also agree that gum is a freebie

Although the book is there for help, if you have the cal/fiber/fat facts, plug those numbers in and use those points given.

Default Zero points wuestion

I drink zero calorie lime seltzer water and I drink a lot of it every day. It is zero everything -calories, sugar, sodium, etc. can this hurt my diet ? Several years when I went on ww I drank this same drink and lost weight but I am not losing now. I also chew several pieces of Extra sugar free gum each day. I also did this before and lost. Can this be hurting my weight loss ?

I drink similar water and it hasn't hurt me. You might try cutting back and seeing if it makes a difference. I don't know about the gum. Does it have calories?

Are you tracking your food carefully? Also be careful of zero point foods that do have calories such as fruit. They can add up. What type of things do you eat on typical days?
