What is the easiest way of cooking a big hunk of albacore tuna?? I would like to just put it on a grilling pan, but shouldn't I put something on it? Marinade it in something? I don't know exactly how to cook it so it can have the best possible flavor. Any thoughts out there??? Thanks in advance.

Try squeezing on some fresh lemon, crushed garlic and few sprays of I can't believe it not butter spray, salt and pepper. Sprinkle on fresh parsley when almost all cooked.
