Honestly, I have not found the dining out guide to be helpful. Most of the restaurants I go to are not listed, and the ones that are listed have only very limited items. So I recommend Dotti's Weight Loss Zone.

I like Dottie's website as well. When I know where I am going ahead of time, I look at the restaurant's website and choose my items and calculate points before I even go there.
