M1 - 1/4 c oats , 1/2 cup peaches , 1/2 c almond milk + 1/2 scoop protein powder *** 3.5
M2 - 1/3 c brown rice with about 1.5 cups steamed veggies (broc, peppers)
2 T teriyaki sauce and 3-4 oz chicken (I counted as 4 oz) ***7
M3- yogurt sf ww , 1 T PB ***3
M4- kashi bar and apple ***3
M4 - ww meal pita steak thing and 1/2 c ice cream sf ***8
grand total 23.5
