I've recently started drinking coffee, but I use quite a bit of flavored creamer. In the past I had tried a flavored coffee and didn't add anything but splenda and it was okay to me.
I want to start back on plan in the new year but I don't want to give up my coffee. I've ordered the Capella flavor drops and haven't gotten them in yet so I don't know how those will taste to me. I drink about 6 cups of coffee a day so anything that will help lower the points will be appreciated.
It actually sounds like you have to mask the taste of coffee so why not drink tea or something like flavored water. 6 cups a day is really excessive. Coffee is a diuretic.
Try adding cinnamon and nutmeg to your coffee, then use skim milk or the sugar free coffee syrups if you need to kick it up a notch. I'm phasing out my flavored creamer-I just can't afford the calories anymore
I found this Splenda Flavors of Coffee (not sure if it is the stuff you said you were using).
But they come in 4 different flavors (Hazelnut, French Vanilla, Caramel and Mocha and 0 calories...
They work fine for my only cup of coffee/day
