I could figure the points out of course if each serving was a tablespoon, but I am having trouble converting to a teaspoon. I am trying to figure out how many points 1 teaspoon of healthy oils would be.

Here is the nutrition information for my EVOO, for a tablespoon:

Calories - 120
Total Fat - 14

(Doesn't list dietary fiber)

Sorry, I'm not so good with the maths. LOL.

There are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon, so there is 1 point in a teaspoon of EVOO.
