I have been using egg sustitute which is 30 cal per 1/4 cup, 0 fat, 0 fiber. Online WW docks me 1 pt.
When I punched in 1/2 cup, it docked me 2.5 pts.
I do not want to start cheating and manipulating points, I have been very pleased with the plan.
BUT, 60 cal/0 fat/0 fiber = 2.5 pts??
I was planning on upping my egg in my breakfast for additional protein.
Am I cheating if I leave it at one point (which is what the calculator on the side bar thingee says).
I just need accountability, I don't want to start cheating and screwing around with points, this egg one just doesn't make sense to me.
