points guesstimate for seaweed salad? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Can anyone help? I am in transit at the moment but its so late that I had to get dinner. I got some sashimi, which I know how to count, but I also got a small seaweed salad (75 grams). Can anyone give me an estimate of the following?

Seaweed salad with sesame sauce:

Wakame ?
Sesame oil
Red pepper
Sugar
Vinegar
Salt
Sesame seeds

I think 75grams is about 3oz.

One nutrition site I brought up says 2 oz is 70 calories, 4 fat, 1 fiber, so 1.5 pts per oz or 4.5 for your 3 oz serving. This was for generic recipe.

Fantastic! Thanks! I was thinking around 3.5 but I'd rather count a wee bit more so that I'm safe for the day.

I had dinner planned but had a job interview that went quite late and I felt almost ill from not eating. I think this was a better choice than Burger King which was the other choice!!
