Talking Points Boster, Calculator, Recipe Counter!!!!

This site has it all. You download the Excel Spreadsheets and there you go.

I have seen quite a few different types and this one is definetly my favourite. I highly recommend it.

It has
Summary Worksheet
Daily Worksheet
Data Worksheet
Servings Worksheet
Bonus Points Worksheet
Instructions Worksheet
Recipe Worksheet
Graph Worksheet

If anyone uses it let me know how you like it. Because I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kim

Becareful listing the websites because W/W Legal Department will send them a notice to shut it down. Best to say to PM or E-mail you to get it.

I am on the old 123 Points program, not the new Winning Points program.

I believe that according to the 123 Points program, if you are over 250 your daily point range is 28-35 points, but at 250 or under (down to 225? I'm not sure!) your points range is 26-33.

I can't be specific about the Winning Points ranges, but I believe they are a couple of points less than the 123 Points ranges.

Hope this helps!!

According to the Winning Points, you can have 28-33 (250-274 lbs) and 26-31 (225-249).

Angry Thanks for the help and welcomes

Thanks for much for your help with the WW points. I am now beginning my third day and I feel so strong and motivated. This site is wonderful and I am so enjoying it...when I have time to!!!! You seem to have quite a support group within these pages and I look forward to communicating with some of you. Again, thank you.

I am also doing the older version on WW 123 Success due to financial reasons. I think that having someone who you can talk to and so on helps so much.
So far it seems to be working for me. I wanted to try and lose 20 lbs by time I saw my bf next and I only have 5 to go!

Moving in with my mom this week (tomorrow) for 2 weeks. I am excited about that. SHe is diabetic and we are eating in a similar way.

Let me know if I can help in any way.

Default Spreadsheets

My version of Excel is too old to open these spreadsheets. Is anyone out there using one of these in Works format, or an older (Excel 97) version?

Of course, if I really wanted to avoid the fridge, I could print out the samples, go into the programs I have and reformat the sheets, but I'm just too lazy to do that these days.
