has anyone ate at buffalo wild wings? and if so do you know the points for 8 boneless chicken wings?

I don't do weight watchers points, and couldn't find nutrition info for that specific chain. However, using the 4 types of boneless wings that KFC sells and averaging them:

90 cals, 4g fat, 8g carbs, .6g fiber, 5.5g protein

That's PER boneless chicken wing. So for a serving of 8 you would be looking at ~720cals for just the wings. This doesn't include the blue cheese dressing and celery side (or anything else you might order).

Google Buffalo Wild Wings nutritional information. The daily plate has the info.

3 wings are 150 calories, 10 g of fat.. I am guessing no fiber as that wasn't listed.

There is a whole list there including sauces.
