I have three main breakfasts I eat almost every day!

3 points Grilled Cheese with egg
2 slices high fiber bread
2 slices FF cheese (I like to use 1 American, 1 Swiss, YUM!)
1 scrambled egg white
Sometimes I add spinach
DELICIOUS!!

"Parfait"- 4 points
Layer in a glass: 1 cup Special K Vanilla Almond cereal (that stuff is my absolute fave, I HAVE to measure it so I don't eat the whole box), 1 WW Yogurt, and various berries or a banana

Smoothies 2-4 points
I buy the Vanilla WW smoothie mix and mix it with all kinds of things---fruit, WW yogurt, 1/2 cup pumpkin, etc..very filling and good!!!

You can also use muffin and cake mixes and make cupcakes. Use a can of diet soda in place of all the egs, oil, and whatever else the box calls for and keep those in the freezer.
Enjoy.

You can bake using diet soda????? and it still tastes nice??? im really intrigued!

What a great thread! I hate breakfast just because I never know what to eat. This has given me some great ideas.

Im doing Core, so this may sound unappetizing to some, lol. I am currently stuck on Polenta banana pancakes with Benecol Spread and Sugar free strawberry preserves (2tbsp=0 pts). Extremely filling. and gets 2oils, and 2 fruits out of the way for the day. Add with 3/4 cup ff milk and you got a milk knocked down too :)

Or if you're like me and don't particularly like breakfast foods, just eat leftovers from the night before :) I love chili in the morning.

I have been eating the same breakfast almost everyday...

2 turkey bacon on wheat toast with an egg white. For variety, I've used apple breakfast bread with whole grains, or topped the whole thing with a tomato slice.

If I'm too busy to have a sit down breakfast I'll eat a Fiber 1 bar or two (2 pts ea.). But I try and vary my breakfasts. I will have things like
FF cottage cheese with fruit
FF yogurt with fruit or Grape Nuts in it
Whole grain bagel with FF cream cheese
whole grain pancakes (these are tiny!)
I buy a bag of frozed mixed berries and let it thaw and use the juice on the pancakes instead of syrup-I don't even miss syrup
Egg Scramblers with salsa and a bit of FF cheese for an omelet
Some kind of whole grain cereal with FF milk

I'm still new to this, so I'm still experimenting.

Yes! :)

I just made one last week to take to work. I used dry cake mix chocolate fudge (can't remember brand but it was 170 calories per serving) with a can (not refrigerated) of diet cherry Pepsi. You mix it together and beat as instructed in directions and bake the same as instructed on package. It won't rise as much as when you add eggs (some people put in a couple of egg whites) and the texture with the chocolate is more browning like. I get the LF cool whip and sugar free cream cheese pudding and mix that together and then use that to frost the cake. I keep the cake in the fridge because of the topping.

I have baked it in cupcake tins and froze 1/2 and throw one in my lunch pail and eat it when I get to work. No frosting - it is really like a brownie.

I get 12 slices out of a 9x13 pan and with the cool whip it is 3 points per slice or 1 point cupcake without the topping. :)
