You should definitely eat something before you work out!!
I find that I eat better, when I start eating early. I often have not eaten until about 1pm as well being busy with the kids/baby....but I find..if I get up...I eat a bowl of cereal, and naturally my body gets hungry at regular 3 hours or so intervals...having a snack of a cup of fruit or veggies and yogurt in between and then having lunch etc..... I find I have quite a bit of points by dinner... so I enjoy a coffee in the evening. :) And don't eat pringles... 4 points for 14 chips?? lol I learned that fast! ;) To me it's a game, and that's what keeps me sticking to it. Like money... I only get X number of $ to spend, once they're gone, I have no money...and just can't buy anything... |
