
I feel yucky! I know I've eaten quite a bit of "gassy foods" but I also stopped all my junk food habits. My tummy feels gross, and I had a bit of a headache. Do you guys think it's a combination of too much veggies and maybe my body is detoxing a bit? I'm drinking enough water. I just feel like blech!

I'd appreciate any tips, or if you just want to tell me what a bonehead I am for overdoing the veggies, I'd appreciate that too, lol.

All you need to add are onions and brussels sprouts and you might as well just float away!
I feel better today; I ate some bread last night, and I think that helped a lot! I like eating veggies anyway, because I have IBS and it helps, but I think my body needed to adjust. Thanks for the tips!
