Default using points book from 5 years ago

I am starting anew-but financially can not swing the meetings right now.So I have dug out my points book from five years ago-is it still the same or has it changed a bit.just curious.

slightly different but not so much that you can't make do with the materials you already have.

Basically carbs and sugars cost you more points than lean protein, fresh vegetables and fruit.

ML219 - to 3FC, and especially to the Weight Watcher forum. Not sure if you know this or not, but the fiber cap is 4 now. Other than that, the info should be close to the same, as Happytobeme said.

LOL.. ml219 - I know what you mean by that!

I am using my materials from 8 years ago. I do make sure that I cap off my fiber when I figure my points out at 4, but other than that I am going by what I have for info. So far it is working pretty good! If you have any quesitons I am sure that there are plenty of members here who will help you.

I am using older material as well, however since you have the basics you should have no trouble,the only thing I found different was that I got more points now! lol Not that I am complaining!
