I make a white chicken chili (From SB). What are the points value?
1 - 14.5 can Great Northern Beans (rinsed/drained)
4 Skinned Chicken Breasts cut into bite sized piecs
1 - Small can Green Chilies
1 - Can FF Chicken Broth
1# Fresh Mushrooms sliced
1/2 c. Diced onions, fresh or frozen
1 - 14.5 can Stewed tomatoes (with chilies, my preference)
1/2 t. chopped garlic (I used the garlic in the jar) or one clove chopped
Brown chicken in sprayed pan, then put into crockpot add all remaining ingredients. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
1. add up all of the nutritional information (all calories, fat, and fiber) of all the ingredients
2. Divide calories, fat, and fiber by the number of servings
3. Use these numbers to get the points value per serving
