WW Food and Point Issues ...other than recipes

Question New here...need help with calculating points

Hi,

I would like to make baked ziti using whole wheat pasta, fat free ricotta and mozzerella cheese and my own sauce which I make with very little olive oil. According to the book that I have it says that Baked Ziti is 6 points for one cup but that would be using regular cheese right? How many points do you think it would be with my ingredients?

Put down the cal/fat/fiber for each ingredient you use. Total up each one and divide by the number of servings, then figure points.

Or

Put down the points for each ingredient. Total up and divide by the number of servings.
