I was told that I cannot give word for word info, but I am allowed to talk about the program in my own words. So, I'll tell you how I figured my friend Debbie's points.
She is 41 years old, weighs 210 pounds, and is 5' 5" tall and works as a nursing assistant. So we started with 21, for the first two numbers of her weight. Added was 2 points for being female, 2 points because she's in the age range for that many, 1 point for being in the wide height range, and 2 points for being on her feet a fair portion of the day. Her beginning points number is
28 daily points. All flexers are also allowed
35 extra Flex points weekly. Some weeks she saves them up for a special weekend, other weeks she splits them up to 5 additional points a day, giving her 33 points a day.
