We have over here what we call weety bix. sort of little weetbricks with fruit in them about bite size i make them out to be 15 bricks per 1.5 points. Very handy to eat while you drive to work with a fruit 2.5 points per breaky. Sorry taxi driver who does not eat first thing in the morning and finds theses really handy .

Assuming by wheat berries you mean cooked whole wheat kernels.

They are 2 points for 1/2 Cup (1 serving = 1/2 cup = 151 cal, 1g fat, 4g fiber).

They're yummy I like making salad for lunch with them.
